new month.. new goals..
But do you look at them as resolutions to change your business, your mind? Or do you look at them as commitments for the month?
The way you look at your goals and tasks for the month is important. Everyone will be different but for me I find that by saying commitments, and I commit to means I am more likely to make it happen.
If I just make resolutions or I am going to try to do xyz then it just never happens.

I found in September I lost a lot of my focus, self-care and routines. Racing about trying to do 101 things and not really commiting to looking after myself and focusing enough.
Some of this was because of speaking at the photography show, some was the office move and a big part of it was saying YES when I should have said NO!
October for me is about getting back to me, to listening to my needs. To saying no if I need to and bringing back my routines.
I am sure many of us can relate to letting things slip (and even someone who focuses on mindset lol), can slip hard!
My October commitments
So here is is… My Commitments:
Stretch Daily
Increase my walking
Daily Journaling and Gratitude
Skin care routine
Eat healthier and pre-make meals
Every Friday afternoon clean, and Friday evening off (NO WORK)
Be in bed around 9pm and sleep by 10pm
Do not say YES if I don’t want to do it or it doesn’t align with me
20 minutes reading per day (Time to catch up on the books)
Start to be aware of what makes me happy (even the little things)
You may notice not a lot of these are work based. I do have some of those too and they are on my vision board for the month. These though are more figure based than daily/weekly commitments. The commitments above are to improve my level of focus and to be happier.
Take time now to write out your commitments for the month.
