Let’s talk about the Small Negatives that affect your life.  They can be sneaky, and happen often without you even noticing.  It takes awareness to make sure you start changing them.

Small negatives are words that you say every day without meaning to or really thinking that they’re that negative.  You may find yourself saying I will try or I am waiting, maybe I wish, and that will never happen for me.

All of these things are normal but when you really start to look at what they mean and how they create your reality you notice that they become an issue.

For example, if you’re always saying you’re waiting it means it’s never here.
If you say you wish it means you think it will never happen. These words teach your subconscious brain that you will not be getting any of these things in reality you have no faith and no belief that this is what your life could be.

Small Negatives that affect your life

A small negative can also be something like complaining about the weather.
I know over in the UK it’s something we do all the time just to make small talk. But by doing this we set ourselves up for negativity. 

Without even realizing it we end up filling our day with negative statements and thoughts that just feel natural. But if you want to change your life you need to change these thoughts.

You need to replace them with something positive instead of talking about the weather maybe compliment someone on something they’re wearing. 

I know I often say, Living the dream – which would be great if I wasn’t saying this with a sarcastic voice lol.

It is time to remove the small Negatives that affect your life and next up is how.

Creating change

The first thing to do is be aware of what and how you are saying things to yourself and others.  Also noticing the regular things you say.  Start being aware when you use the small negatives that affect your life

For example – Saying Fine after someone asks you how you are.

From this look to changing these words with others.  

When someone says How are you – start replying with great.  Turn it into a habit, to say it and mean it.

Awareness is the key to change, noticing what you say allows you to adjust your small Negatives that affect your life.

Why is this all important?

Well, your subconscious brain is listening to ALL THE TIME!  It does not understand what is right or wrong, only what you state is true. 

If you constantly say negative things then it decides this is what is real.  It will then only show you the world as a negative space.

If you look around you now at what you call reality and realize it is a space where you are unhappy.  Where you only notice the complaints, the moaning, and everything that is wrong with the world.  It probably means this is what you have conditioned your subconscious brain to look out for.

With our brains trying to take in 74GB of information every day.  It only makes us aware of the information that aligns with our conscious thoughts and beliefs.  What we have trained our brain to be aware of and see.

If you are always being negative that is all your brain will see.  It will miss the person being kind in the queue or the client telling how much they love your work.  It will just pick up on the one that doesn’t like it, or the person who pushed in further down the queue.

Train your brain for the happiness and positivity this world can give you.  Not the negative, depression, and unhappiness.  Let go of the small negatives that affect your life
